Spice of Life is a spacious and beautifully appointed Caribbean villa overlooking the stunning yachts and turquoise waters of Mount Hartman Bay in south-west Grenada.

Set in half an acre of lush private gardens, this 2,800 sq. ft. villa combines generous indoor and outdoor living spaces with the relaxed atmosphere of a traditional Caribbean home.

The villa's exceptionally large open-plan living area enjoys spectacular views across the bay, with large doors opening onto the rear patio and private swimming pool. The pool terrace is a wonderful place to relax during the day or enjoy a barbecue and drinks beneath the stars in the evening.

The kitchen is conveniently located next to a separate breakfast room, which opens onto another private patio overlooking the gardens. Throughout the property, there are plenty of spaces to find some shade, enjoy the cooling Caribbean breeze or simply take in the view.

Spice of Life sleeps six guests in three air-conditioned bedrooms – two doubles and one twin – and has three bathrooms, including two en-suites.

Despite its peaceful and secluded setting, the villa is within easy walking distance of several restaurants, bars, marinas and a small local beach. Grand Anse Beach is around 10 minutes by car, while Maurice Bishop International Airport is also approximately 10 minutes away.

Whilst Spice of Life is in a quiet and secluded location, one of the great advantages of Spice of Life is that you don't need a car for everything. Several popular local restaurants, bars and marinas are around a 10-minute walk away.

  • 5-minute walk to Martins Bar at Secret Harbour Marina. With lovely views across the bay this has been recently modernised and is a beautify spot. A nice stroll for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just drinks. There are also tennis and beach volleyball courts available for hire. www.secretharbourgrenada.com
  • 10-minute walk to Gary Rhodes restaurant at the Calabash Hotel. More formal and quite pricy but a fantastic venue for a special occasion.   • 10-minute walk to Prickly Bay Marina. This used to be a sleepy bar and pizza restaurant, but over the years it has become a very popular spot with yaughties, students, locals and visitors.
